Just over two weeks ago I was scrolling through Facebook when I saw a friend had liked an ITV post. The post was entitled 'Are you ready to go sugar free?'. Let's face it, as someone who had always battled with weight issue for the last 17 years, I think it is safe to say that, yes, I was ready.
